To repay his debts, he’s forced to take a soul-crushing, 9-5 job at a large insurance company that’s ruled by the tyrant, Mr. Skála. Pavel learns about the bane of Skála’s existence: the worst insurance policy in the company’s 50-year existence…with Stuntman Ltd.—led by the best stuntman in the world, Jirka “George” Karas. Skála has been trying to get rid of it at all costs.

Hope shines through for Skála when, after an unfortunate accident, George is forbidden to engage in his stunt work by order of doctors and the insurance company. Although he’s allowed to advise stunts, George can’t help but break the rules and secretly goes back to being a stuntman, to the risk of terminating the Stuntman Ltd contract.
Hoping to catch George violating the policy terms, Skála forces Pavel to pose as a producer and offer his services to George and his company. When he’s hired by Stuntman Ltd. Pavel starts to live a double life—learning about the world of stunts, as well as feeding information about the stuntmen to Skála.
Pavel is overwhelmed at first when transitioning from his dull office routine to the wild world of martial arts, chases, shoot-outs, explosions, and other stunts. But he soon becomes friends with George and the other stuntmen and embraces the lifestyle, which rekindles his love for movies.
Stuntman Ltd. is a comedic and action-packed glimpse into the world of a stuntmen, as well as a tribute for all those who try to reconcile their love for movies with the boring real world.
The pilot was created as a short film to test our concept. We are now developing a brand new series with a new, crazy story!
In the explosive and hilarious pilot, George gets a dream job: doing stunts on a Chinese mega-feature. At the same time, his boss kicks him out of Stuntman Ltd. George takes a stand and pursue the job on his own. Suddenly he is contractually obligated to complete a massive project filed in his name, with an enraged boss and a tough gang of Chinese producers breathing down his neck…not to mention Tom Cruise, the star of the blockbuster.
