FIRST PATROL

A routine shift for two small-town police officers, Pavel and Michal, is suddenly shattered by a report of a mass shooting at a local restaurant. There are casualties, hostages may still be inside, and they are the first patrol to arrive. Pavel, 22, is fresh out of police training and determined to follow procedure. His older colleague Michal, 50, has spent years on the force and approaches another seemingly ordinary shift with the confidence of experience. But nothing has prepared either of them for what they are about to face.

With specialised units still on their way, the two officers must secure the scene while struggling with fear, incomplete information and disagreement over what to do next. Their professional instincts collide with their very human desire for self-preservation, and every decision suddenly carries enormous consequences.
